My kid is not having food
My kid is 4.5 years old he is not at all taking lunch time food only taking ghee rice daily or else be in empty stomach. How i will manage and how he will be overcome from in this? I'm so afraid about it I'm giving different type of food but he is not taking

Avoid giving milk or sweet snacks 2-3 hours before lunch time . Try making different n visibly attractive meals

If the child is liking the taste of ghee. Then try adding ghee in other items you prepare and avoid junk food and try to make it a point to the child that until he doesn’t eat the food that you provide he won’t be having any other substitutes as well.
