Hi, this is a common problem post surgery or trauma. Better go for dental xray followed by root canal treatment and capping for both teeth to attain healty and cheerful smile. Cap quality and price depends upon your aesthetic requirement, usually not much precaution are required in these cases, just you nedd to maintain good hygiene and avoid cutting very hard from these teeth till the time they get treated. Hi..it's common problem following post accident or trauma affecting your teeth. Over a period of years they look yellow-brown-dark in color. You need to undergo root canal for it and then zirconia crowns to make it look natural like adjacent teeth. Procedure takes a week to finish. No special precautions required except avoiding biting from front teeth for few days.

After getting your teeth capped or crowned, you need to understand that would have to maitain a meticulous oral hygene by brushing twice daily, with flossing and seeking dental cleaning / scaling once in 6 months. Remember its your teeth and keeping it clean you would be the beneficiary. Do consult a dentist for various options and of course the cost depending on the viability.
