ma'am ur front teeth should be extracted because their is a foreign body underneath the tooth and the infection level is high under all three.so my suggestion is for permanent solution u should look for extraction the replacement of missing teeth.
Hi so three of your lower anterior teeth are definitely infected.only of our teeth has been treated for root canal before.now root canal should be done for all three of them.apicoectomy should be done along to remove the infected apex of tooth roots.you should also be kept on antibiotics for five days.
The 3 teeth seem to be quite infected. Only one tooth is treated for a root canal infection and seems to have a temporary dressing. The plan of treatment should be RCT of all the teeth involved followed by appicectomy if necessary. The prognosis is moderate if done well.
It depends on how much the infection has spread .. antibiotics only suppress . Apicocectomy may be an option if there’s a sureity that the infection will not recurr
