My all reports plz check ...and im 89 kg now how much weight should be fit for me im 6 feet tall guys...mostly do workout 1 hours everyday doing brisk walking 30 min everyday and running 20 min everyday morning taking 4 soaked almonds and pistachio along with green moong sprouts. Everyday . breakfast I take toned milk with oats meals with litle honey nd always eat beetroot .carrot and pomegranate fruits ..half bowl with all fruits taking green tea 2 time everyday lunch I take india gate basmati brown rice half cup only with 3 chapati of multigrain atta with boiled vegetables with litle salt .no intake of sugars at all and .mostly in vegetables I take brocolli in weak 3 time and green spinach. 2 time and cabbage nd all night 3 multigrain atta 3 roti and vegetables 30 min brisk walking again then
