For applying for a visa, I need to get a medical certificate. I have to be certified by a doctor that I am not suffering from any disease that can have repercussions any on the public health in accordance with the International Sanitary Act 2005"

For this u can visit nearby clinic and consult a general physician..he will examine you and if your mentally and physically fit he will issue the medical certificate
