If You are hypertensive it is normal.If u. continue to use your anti hypertensive drugs it wont progress further.If you are not hypertensive as of now kindly check you Bp recording for a week

Left ventricular hypertrophy means increased thickening of heart ventricular muscles.Causes are few , particularly BP , athletic training , obesity and cardiomyopathy.
Your cardiologist may have explained it to you and how to manage it.If it's due to high bp it's reversible with medicine.
