Hi, my daughter is 6 month old and I started giving her semi solid food like rice cereal and ragi cereal. So my question is can I give her cows milk or pasturised milk also. Thanks

Hi. Avoid cow's milk or packet milk till 1 year of age... Continue mother's milk. Use formula milk if mother's milk is less.
