Early degeneration of joint is there , Work on weight reduction and Quadriceps exercise it will not cure but definitely delay it .

The xray image quality is not that great but as far as I can see he has some degeneration going on in the knees which is why he is having pain .

Start Knee physiotherapy and see if the patient responds well.

Do knees excercise with physiotherapist help and wait for 4 to 6 weeks . If not improved then surgery has to be considered.
