I have dengue igm positive severe head ache and frequently having fever. And synasisitis problem got CT scan in that some impression came please check and let me know the problem. Also IAM an diabetic. 1. Minimul, mucosal thickening involving antirior enthmoid air cells on both sides. 2. Infra orbital enthmoid air cells on left side 3. Hyperthrophy of left side inferior choncha
