Children learn by seeing not by telling .Your child learns to spend time with mobile by observing some family member do it.so if you want a specific behavioural change from your child then change what your child sees around himself. He is choosing to spend time on computer or mobile so he does not need any other company and that makes him less social.and as children learn to speak by seeing their peers do the same.so he might be slow in language development.
Next Steps
do not use mobile or see videos on mobile when your child is around. take your child outdoors and play with him .try a football ,ring, frisbee ,your child will give you hints of what he likes try that family has food at same time on a table or mat. during eating allow only light music and no TV. your child's plate should be of same size as yours and all utensils same. offer same food as you are eating. do not complement or reward when he finishes his plate.but make sure that everyone else finishes their food. you can inculcate other good habits like keeping the plate in sink after finishing food. remember your child learns by observing and not by instructing .you can send me his diet chart and then I can tell more.regarding speech if you can make a 2 minute video then we can see that is there a problem or it's just apprehension.

I think your child is over pampered.. you have to be strict regarding his feeding habits and screen time. You have to discourage his negative habits and praise his gud habits. Scolding is not the option. Give him your time. Understand him. Don't give him unhealthy food options only. And still if he is not getting better, then consult to any pediatric psychologist
