Regarding child speak
Dear doctor
My 16 months child doesn't speak till now ...if I call him ,then he listen and come back to me
His appetite is good and growth is also good...he speaks own yourself without meaning ful word but doesn't speak if I ask to repeat the word ...what should I do

Get vision and hearing tests done
Sometimes mild hearing loss can cause these symptoms
If it is ok then speech therapy will be the primary treatment
Try to speak face to face so that he can learn how to articulate while speaking
