Doesn't speak
My son is 2.5 years old, he recites poem like abcd, counts number, recognises colours n understands what we are telling him but he doesn't talk I mean I speaks one or two words like maa papa ,aa jao, chala gaya, bye , ok, or thik hai. I don't don't understand what's his problem why he doesn't talk or so , I try to make him practice everyday but m such a failure, please suggest what should I do to make him talk like other kids

Hi, first of all, please don't think you are a failure or not a good mother or anything like that. It can be isolated speech dealy or a milder form of autism spectrum disease. Please consult a psychiatrist to rule out ASD. All children do not develop at similar rates, do not compare with other children. Reduce screen time, if any. Keep talking to him, and make him ask for things he may need. Talk to him at a slow pace and in clear, small sentences. Listen to him when he is talking. Don't yell at him if he is not responding in the way you want him to. Let him develop at his pace.
