Your CBC report is normal with normal hemoglobin
Other report shows potassium level slightly lower than normal.
If you have fatigue do the vitamin d test ,and you can repeat the electrolytes to recheck the potassium level.If still remains low you need to find out the cause.low potassium can cause muscles weakness
