My ankles hurt while running and post it. I use special shoes designed for running but still the problem persists. I don't have dlat food or anything. Nor did I ever have an injury. But everytime I run. I get a peculiar pain in my ankles

May be due to improper postural problem. Use correct biomechanical posture while running. Do proper warm up before running and proper cool down after running. Use good joggers or runners. Took expert Sports Physiotherapist's advice.
