As I heard these are temporary teeth which fall once and then permanent teeth come

Generally, the front deciduous teeth are shed off by the age of 6-8 years. But, this time table varies from kid to kid and nothing to be worried of except if you observe any decay or gum problem in the kid. And yes, the permanent teeth will erupt once the temporary are shed off.
