Hello mam, Yes u can eat mutton & chicken during pregnancy...but make it a little less spicy..coz in pregnancy heartburn is common ..so avoid too spicy foods....

Hello, Lean cuts of meats can be included in your diet. Avoid frying and adding too much spices. Boiled, roasted, grilled is allowed. 2-3 pc in lunch and vegetable is enough.

Hi Yes you can eat mutton & chicken during pregnancy irrespective you not suffering from any medical issue. _________________________ It should be avoided in excess for first 3 months as it has a heating affect on your body so may harm the baby.

Hello U can have mutton and chicken but in moderation and take roasted or boild n less spicy - avoid masala with it and u can have 2 peace weekly 2 to 3 times - avoid sedentary lifestyle for proper diegestion Contact directly through practo account for better result if u want to ask more information.
