Muscular and back pain in body
I am 42 yrs old. Since from past few months I am feeling fatigue energy less. Little work makes me tried. Having continuous muscular pain and stiffness specially at my lower back pain. I frequently have blackouts too... my vision gets blurr when I suddenly stands after sitting for longer hours. Please suggest.

You need check your blood complete blood count, Is your Bp and glucose (sugar) normal? Did you check your vision? First you should consult a physician to rule out your blood profile then you have to visit a ophthalmologist and neurologist.

Due to deficiency in calcium and vitamins feels muscular pain and weakness. Take proper calcium rich diet. Dont stand for prolonged time, maintain proper posture, apply diclofenac ointment for lower back and hot water fermentation twice a day will relqxes LBA muscles. Take X-ray of LS, Vita D3, VitaB12 test and follow back with reports  or can also consult in person with nearest physiotherapy centre for diagnosis.

That could be postural low back pain and cervical related neck pain 1) correct ur posture 2) start multivitamin and calcium rich diet 3) start gentle stretching and exercises 4) Use hot water bag for low back 5) Use pillow at back during sitting 6) ointment for local application 7) avoid prolonged sitting and standing 8) Avoid forward bending and use correct Footware 9) Take shower with Lukewarm water 10) stay positive and take meals in break 11) Do work in breaks 12) use proper positioning during sleep 13) do not put your hand below head during sleep 14) stop doing exercises or yoga positions which gives you pain during movement and start these after reduction of pain 15)this advice is not valid for medico legal purposes You can consult me online via Practo
