I am 42 yrs old. Since from past few months I am feeling fatigue energy less. Little work makes me tried. Having continuous muscular pain and stiffness specially at my lower back pain. I frequently have blackouts too... my vision gets blurr when I suddenly stands after sitting for longer hours.

11) Do work in breaks
12) use proper positioning during sleep
13) do not put your hand below head during sleep
14) stop doing exercises or yoga positions which gives you pain during movement and start these after reduction of pain
