Upper back Muscular pain
Form the past 10 days I'm having the muscular pain in upper back(left side) Pain during movements and sitting. Mentioning the pain area in attached image.

This will get better with manual therapy , along with that you will be needing some simple neck exercises to make it better and prevent recurrence.

Kindly apply hot water fermentation for 5 days Fequency every two hours once for 15 min duration. 1.dont carry weights for few days 2. If use system have adequate break interval min of 10 min between every 45 min 3. Don't lye on floor. Use cot with firm surface with or without matress

It's a Muscle spasm .consult a physiotherapist for trigger point release.
