Muscles Knots
I have developed knots in my shoulder and back muscles which are very painful. this happened while doing weights at the gym and has been there for almost a month. tried ice packs and move ointment but no help

Plz get it released through dry needling theraph from a specialissd physiotherapist ... Dknt waste yohr time by doing it manual itself ..

Hi.. Those knots what you have on the shoulder and back could be muscle whitening points which on touching could elicit pain.. Nothing to worry... If you have somebody to help you ...ask then to gently press on it and knead..slowly it will get reduced... Follow this with icing for 15 mins..fir every 2 hours once... Next time when you workout do concentrate on load and form of exercise you do.. Excess load and poor form leads to this kind of problems . Hope this is helpful for you..
