Muscle tightness
I am getting some muscle tightness in my thighs and my hands early in the morning which gets normally free in 2-3 hours or by resting again. I do not get too much pain but sometimes I do not feel like getting up from bed since my hands are tight and while squatting I experience pressure in thighs. It really bothers me as this lasts for hardly 2-3 hours or less and fades away. I am only under migitus 10 medication for getting rid of migraine. I suffered from potassium deficiency in August 2016 which I recovered and is now consuming sufficient potassium in food. Is this side effect of migitus 10 or fibromyalgia? Or something else I have no other symptoms
