Muscle Spasm in my Back
I am suffering from muscle spasm in my back from few days. I did an x-ray so the report says muscle spasm and partial sacralisation of L5. My back feels stiff and feels numb. If i stand for 10-15 mins my back starts paining. What medications should i start with and how much time will it take for me to recover.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Start with Tab..Hifenac MR Twice daily after food along with pan 40 mg half an hour before food, hot fomentations twice daily
Next Steps
if it's not improving, start physiotherapy after 5 days of completing medications
