Muscle pull on hips region
Hi, I have a muscle pull on my hips region,1st the pain was horizontal,but now it's just on left hip and a little bit down my legs,I can sometimes feel the whole nerve down my leg uptill my foot. hi It's a little and ignorable pain when I wake up and get's sivour during the day and intolerable at night and same.it makes my movements Very difficult.jmming whole hip portion. I feel jerk in my hips when I sneeze. I travel 2 hours a day,but haven't travelled since 5 days.it was caused after a jerk i slipped but didn't fall. What should I do
