Muscle pull
I think i pulled a pelvic muscle or a muscle near the glutes while doing yoga. Now i have stiffness in mgt left leg. Please suggest

Avoid sitting cross legged with the left leg. Sit properly and avoid standing with more pressure on the left.
Next Steps
try wearing heels while standing and walking in the house as well. sit at heights from where you can easily get up. continue stretching exercises.
