Muscle less body
He is eating a lot but the result of his eating is no show. He is so thin.Compare he as other person age 16 he is not good health than them.So Please Suggest me what I can do for him. When He was 8 years old he was perfect and then he is not looking so perfect now.

Got ur concern n pain, if the person maintain Healthier status throughout yr with out any issues nothing wrong n no to bother much.. maintain Healthier habits of diet, exercise or sports or yoga or pilates or dance. Hope heading winter it'll add muscle mass or let him consult AYURVEDIC college Hospital or clinic to sort out.

Hello,  I went through your query,  it would have been much clearer if you have mentioned current height and weight of him.  If he is otherwise healthy, then don't worry. It the the time for him to grow (during adolescent age, there is high hormonal activities which help them to grow),  high protein diet like, meat, egg, sprouts, helps him to grow weight,  along with regular physical activity like, jogging, push-ups, squates,  playing basketball, volleyball, tennis etc...
