Muscle jitters and Tremors
I am having Hypothyroid and Hypertension for these I am on telma 40CT and thyronorm 37.5 recently my muscles started shaking. whenever I walk or do any physical exertion or even at rest i feel jitters and muscle tremors.
i consulted my Doctor he prescribed me few tests namely:
1. TSH
2. FT3 and FT4
3. VITAMIN B12 CONVENTIONAL
4. VITAMIN D 3
5. CBC
6. hba1c
he suggested me to take Nurokind plus cap twice a day for 5 days.
Before test done I took above capsule at 11pm and get done test at 6am. my vitamin b12 is turn out to be 306.
all other test reports are within range.By taking nurokind plus cap my jitters are reduced but not completely gone.
kindly suggest what to do.

Your B12 of 306 was measured after taking Nurokind Plus the night before, which artificially elevated the result â your true B12 may be lower. Since tremors partially improved with B12 supplementation, functional B12 deficiency is likely contributing. Also, Telma 40CT contains chlorthalidone (a diuretic) which can deplete potassium and magnesium â electrolyte imbalance is another common cause of muscle jitters and tremors. Undertreated hypothyroidism can also cause tremors even when TSH appears 'in range.'
Next Steps
Continue Nurokind Plus for at least 3 months (5 days is not enough for B12 repletion). Get serum potassium and magnesium levels checked. Also review your TSH result â optimal level for symptom control is 1-2 mIU/L. Share all findings with your doctor for medication adjustment if needed. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
