Hand tremors & Muscle Weakness
I am suffering from hand tremors and muscle weakness problem. I am unable to carry out general daily work properly. My hands shake a lot which makes me feel too embarrassed front of everyone. This happens when I was 14-15 years old. I got diagnosed by a doctor and he referred some hormonal tests done. The reports say: S.Free T4 - 1.09 ng/dl Biological Ref. Interval - 0.8 - 2.0 Method - CMIA S.TSH (Ultrasensitive) - 2.4 uIU/ml Biological Ref. Interval - 0.4 - 4.5 Method - CMIA ACTIVE VITAMIN B12 (HoloTc) - 36 pmol/L Biological Ref. Interval - 30 - 165 Are all levels of the tests normal? Is my report normal? Also please let me know what is the actual reason of Hand Tremors & Muscle Weakness?

Yes they are normal...possible causes may be underlying anxiety disorder,sleep disorders,intentional tremors,certain medications ,cerebellar disorders etc...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..consult nearest neurologist for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
