Shaking of hands
My hands will shake when I lift my hand up and even while drinking water. What to do? Is it because of weakness?

Hello Dear, Trembling of the hands at 20yrs can be due to weakness and Vitamin deficiency. You can take Tablet Neurobion Forte once a day for a month and you will be better
