Sir from past 6 months I am suffering from weak veins my hand and my legs often gets numbness frequently, also I had a nerve conduction test which confirmed the weakness of my veins, kindly please advice me what to do..

Take Tab neurobion forte twice daily Exercise. Get your Vitamin b12 and Vitamin D levels checked?
