Care AI Shimmer
Varicose veins need a proper leg examination; symptoms alone do not show the severity. A venous Doppler of both legs is useful to check reflux and rule out a clot. Avoid prolonged standing, walk regularly and elevate your legs. You can consult me through Practo or visit Synergy Miraj for assessment.
Next Steps
Varicose veins need a proper leg examination; the severity cannot be judged from symptoms alone. I usually advise a venous Doppler of both lower limbs to check reflux and rule out clot. Avoid prolonged standing, walk regularly and elevate the legs; compression stockings should be chosen after examination. You can consult me through Practo or visit Synergy Miraj for an assessment.
Health Tips
Please arrange a venous Doppler and consult a physician or vascular surgeon, especially if there is swelling, skin discoloration or pain. Seek urgent care for sudden swelling, severe pain or breathlessness.

get venous doppler of both lower limbs. if its mild varicose veins then stockings and limb elevation will help. if severe varicose vein issue, then take an opinion from vascular surgeon in your locality. there are multiple options available for surgical correction.
