Hi, 2 days ago I got a muscle cramp on the lower right leg and it hurts a lot. there is no visible swelling on lower back of the leg.

Its seems to be muscle spasm Apply hot fomentation /hot water bag avoid burns  apply for 20 min thrice per day Apply volini gel small quantity after hot fomentation. Keep limb elevation over one or two pillow as per your comfort.

There may be various reasons for muscle cramps. It may be due to sudden spasm or strain in calf muscles. Sometimes it may be associated with dehydration or vitamin d deficiency..
Next Steps
You may start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally.. Take plenty of fluids and also start vitamin d supplement 60k weekly for 4 weeks.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down cross leg, start Ankle and toe movement exercises..
