I am a software engineer and my job kind is mostly sitting with prolong exposure to screen. I feel like tired from my brain and eyes after 3-4 hr which was earlier not the case. I generally take rejuvenate. What are your suggestions. Can I take multivitamin daily to fulfill nutrients gap in daily life? Which multivitamin to take?
