Hello mam You can give him  Nurokind- Plus RF capsule as it has methylcobalamine which will help in strengthening his nerves alpha lepoic acid which acts as an antioxidant, vit b 6 which helps with memory and folic acid. He can take this capsule everyday after food for a month then after a month he can take zincovit everyday for maintenance.
