Multiple symptoms
There are a few symptoms which I observed which I don't understand whu'om to consult.
Insomnia- even if I go to sleep it only lasts for 2 hours maximum.
Tight feeling in chest- starts as soon as I wake up.
Loss of appetite
I don't understand it depression is leading to this or all these are leading to depressions.

These symptoms occour during Depression. Insomnia and loss of appetite and anxiety symptoms also can occur in Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist who will help you.
