Her immunity may have lowered. Is she diabetic? Get her Haemoglobin,  blood sugar fasting and post meal, thyroid function tests done. Please share what meds she has taken so far? Give her high protein diet, more of fresh vegetables,  fruits, particularly papaya,  citrus fruits like orange, fresh curd, fish if she takes non veg, less of fats, sugary food. Let her take  honey regularly.

Dear Practo User. Thanks for sending across your query. Your mother’s recurring infections may signal a weakened immune system, possibly due to age, stress, or underlying health issues. A thorough check-up and immunity-boosting plan can help.

Hi, Multiple infections in a short time suggest her body’s immunity might be low at present. This is not uncommon in the elderly or those with long-standing BP or uric acid imbalance. Herpes is a virus that flares up when immunity drops. We need to: Boost her immunity through nutrition, hydration, and vitamins Rule out sugar or nutritional deficiencies Give symptomatic treatment for herpes and monitor any new signs 🔎 If she is diabetic or having any long-term medication, that could also be a contributing factor. 📞 For personalized guidance and proper medication, kindly consult me privately.
