I've 4 root canals in my upper teeth. 3 on right side and one on left. Now I'm facing gum recession and same has resulted in gap of caps. I'm done with scalling/ cleaning. Recession is under control but caps still have gap which results in pain in gum. Flossing isn't helpful. Do I need to change caps and can it trouble the tooth under cap? Do you think something is a miss here. Why I must be facing this cavity issue? I do take care of teeth my brushing n mouthwash.

Gap between teeth indicate interdental bone loss.,which is generally irreversible.use Interdental Proxa brush to clean this area.
Cleaning will reduce pain.no need to change caps.
Use proper brushing methods.
