Multi Vitamin Tablets
I'm 33 Male 66kgs 5'7". I workout regularly and I like muscle building and would like to know the multivitamin tablets with no side effects which I can buy to help my muscle gain program. Also, please let me know what are the other safe supplements that I can take to help muscle building .

Hi U have an Ideal body weight. For muscle building you need to be eating a well balanced diet... Not only does your protein but also your total calories and all the vitamins minerals and water needs to be taken care of. U may need to take help of protein supplements.. especially if you are a vegetarian.

For muscle building, right workout schedule with proper diet is a necessity. Protein shakes are a must have, also whey protein is a good option. You can also have 4-5 eggwhites everyday to meet your protein needs. Take these shakes immediately after your workout sessions. Ping me personally if you want more specific recommendations.
