Mucus issue
My mother is facing an issue of Mucus formation spl in Morning n evening. Chest is clear and mucus forms in upper nasal area and not in throat and chest.Have consulted ENT also but problem couldn't get diagnosed. pls suggest the treatment or which doctor can evaluate such issue.

Sir she may be having sinusitis posterior nasal drip, need a nasal endoscopy to know the same, meanwhile give her tablet mucinac 600 mg dissolved in one glass of water twice a day and saline nasal drops(otrivin-s) 3 drops in each nostril 5 times a day
