MS & trigeminal neurology
My mother is been having multiple sclerosis and trigeminal neurology past 8 yrs and she is getting facial pain on and off. Pls suggest whether this can be curable and how to treat the problem and can we expect out of the treatment.

She can also have micro vascular loop around trigeminal if there is no evidence of demyelination or weakness and if there is a loop they may benefit with microvascular decompression

MS and trigeminal neuralgia commonly coexist. its mostly managed by medical treatment and if that fails then we need pain procedures
