I had MRI done for tinnitus found to have multiple t2 hyper intensities in periventricular/cortical/left basal ganglia/centrum semiovale I don't have any motor symptoms Contrast done shows no gad enhancement Csf reports pending My neurologist told me this is RIS Why it is not Ms?

RIS if suspected then go for other objective tests. There are very few indication in RIS. Consult the neurologist and ask for further evaluation .
