Please refer to the scan report and can someone explain the problem and further treatment. My mom has severe pain on her left hand, shoulder and neck region. She is unable to lift any object using her left hand

According to the report she has a bony projection (osteophyte) which is pressing over the spinal nerve root and causing radiating pain in the neck shoulder and pain. She may need physiotherapy initially
