For how many times we can use mouth wash..
If m using mouth wash twice daily and one time betadine..is it ok..can we use mouth wash regularly??

Please be calm
No mouthwash can't be used for regular cleaning since it has chances of staining and oropharyngeal cancer.your tongue is not fully ok.it has some nutritional deficiencies.please take supplements for that.for further details you can consult me

If your mouth wash is having chlorhexidine then don't use more then 15 days continuously gap for some weeks is necessary to avoid discoloration of tooth.
