Mouth Ulcers
I have been having mouth ulcers right from my childhood; the only response I used to get from the doctor was a b12 deficiency. The frequency has increased now and it's disrupting my life in a way. I feel irritated and don't eat well enough. I need help getting it root caused - food allergy? Some deficiency

The reasons of ulcers  are many- *Traumatic  ex-due to sharp tooth *Infections (bacterial, viral, fungal) *Due to medicine (like-ibuprofen, piroxicam, anti depressants  ,anticancer, antihypertensive) *vit b deficiency *Immune disorder *constipation etc...
