Mouth ulcers
I am always having many mouth ulcers...when one Mouth ulcer get cured another will pop up very soon...i am having 3 sores in my mouth right now. I am also always sleepy and tired even tho i recieve plenty of sleep. I am also having braces in my teeth for more than 8 months now

Greetings , since you are having braces one of the reason may be impingement of braces, other reason may be stress.
Vitaman or iron defieciency can be one of the cause.

Take lots of water leafy vegetables fruits in your diet.do excercise .reduce stress. Apply kenacort ointment over the ulcer with a cotton bud.

Most common cause of mouth ulcer is constipation. Treat if you are having constipation.
Have plenty of water everday.

Ulcers will happen if there is riboflavin vitamin deficiency as u have braces u might not be taking nutritious food..or due to viral cause which comes with fever or might be due to braces hurting your cheek mucosa..
