Do luke warm gargles and rinsing which may help you relieve with the symptom.

Hi..it could be a kerotic lesion which is also called frictional keratosis. It usually doesn't cause any pain. However similar white lesions are seen in smoking habit as well. Visit dentist once for more information and treatment.

Do you smoke tobacco ??. Is it increasing in size ?? You should consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon , if your answer is yes for the above questions, I cannot suggest you without examination your oral cavity
