Observed a white patch and a small bump in my mouth near soft palate at the end of the tongue. What is it. ?
It does not pain.

It may be an inflammation. Do not worry but I suggest you visit a dentist and show him.

Hi..it could be a kerotic lesion which is also called frictional keratosis. It usually doesn't cause any pain. However similar white lesions are seen in smoking habit as well. Visit dentist once for more information and treatment.

Do you smoke tobacco ??. Is it increasing in size ?? You should consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon , if your answer is yes for the above questions, I cannot suggest you without examination your oral cavity
