Mouth Ulcer
Hot tea burns my mouth and I can see red and white patches in my mouth. I used smiley and gargling warm water with salt. Doctor prescribed me Pansoral gel and SM fibro medicine to use. But It did not relief me at all. Fyi: I used to eat gutka. (Not now)

See after the clinical examination we can confirm is it a ulcer or other things since you had mentioned about the history of gutkha consumption. In my opinion if I can see the liaison it might be the deficiency of vitamin B- complex also because of deficiencies of some vitamin might cause mouth ulcer. There are some many reasons might be .
