Hi.. pls find the attached image of my mouth ulcer.. it's there from 5 days and am applying dentogel and also been taking multi vitamin and b12 suppliment s from more than a month.. Pls tell me wat to Do.. is it serious.. I do smoke and drink.. ulcer is a little painful..
