Please do visit a dentist at the earliest. If the sores are present from a long time the cause of it has to be diagnosed first. It could be as simple as a trauma from a sharp tooth or it could be due to any infection as well. Visit any good dentist.

If they are inside the mouth then you must consult a good dentist. Any ulcer or sore lasting more than 3 weeks should definitely be investigated properly
