Hi
This condition is called oral Submucous fibrosis. It has happened because of gutka chewing. In this fibres are formed in your cheeks which limits your mouth opening. This is a pre cancerous lesion.
Next Steps

Get biopsy done
start treatment with your local dentist
Health Tips
avoid spicy food
Take multivitamins
Take healthy diet
massage your cheeks with thumb and forefinger
Try increasing your mouth opening by biting on ice cream sticks with your front teeth.

Hello,
According to the symptoms that you’ve mentioned, you need to consult a Doctor soon. Consuming gutka gradually decreases your mouth opening. Because these fibrous bands get deposited on your oral mucosa. There will also be increased burning sensation on consuming spicy food
