This is a mouth ulcer. You need to have vitamin B12 and vitamin C supplements. You can apply Mucopain gel on it after meals for pain relief.

Upon review these were the findings - Male patient age 29yrs complains of pain since three days and intraoral white patch. Photograph? not clear Vit B12 deficiency Elaborately these are to be done for - Red? ruptured lesion? on buccal mucosa White elevated lesion with rough texture? on posterior aspect of palate near molar tooth region? Red and white lesion? vesicle rupture on buccal mucosa Provisional diagnosis - Vesiculo bullous lesion -Pemphigus/PEmphigoid Differential diagnosis - Red and white -Erythema multiformae Diagnostic tests - Proper history Other factors Treatment advise for - CLinical review Dietary advise Supplements Oral rehydrants Prognosis - fair
