Mouth opening problem. Tooth match prob
Upper and lower teeths are not matching when mouth closed. Mouth not open fully. Pain at right side of ear. Previous history was jaw locking.

Consult an oral surgeon, rule out any temporo mandibular joint problem once it is settled then Prosthodontist for necessary occlusal rehabilitation

You should consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get the necessary diagnostic tests done for evaluating your temporomandibular joint. If required he may refer you to a prosthodontist for occlusal correction or some appliance .
